Help me choose a ping pong table

I've decided to buy a ping pong table and need a little help picking one out. It's for an upstairs rec room and it's not going to be moved very often. I was wondering if somebody in the know could comment on which one of these they think is the better table. The prices are close enough where it isn't really an issue unless they are essentially equal.
