Giants angry with Braun re: MP windows

don't mean to bump this, but I've noticed that the last few home day games, the roof has been open all the way (at least it looks that way on TV). Today, for instance, the shadows are just now creeping over the pitcher's mound in the 5th inning whereas before they made sure that it was in shadow at time of first pitch.

 

Anybody know any details on this? Did MLB dictate they must keep the roof fully open after the Giants complained?
