Nice to see Green out there again. If Roenicke can keep making moves like that and keep the bunting to a minimum(for a normal manager) I will support him a bit.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

They easily win the pitching matchup tonight but looking at the lineups I think we win every spot except the #8 spot. Love that Green is getting another start, Wouldn't mind Maysonet getting a start soon.

LaHair is pretty darn good.

It sure would be nice to go at least 9-4 over the next 2 weeks before another difficult West Coast swing. If we are hovering around .500 by the end of the month we could really make a nice push during the soft part of the schedule in the first half of June.

It's nice that Weeks is still finding ways to get on with walks and HBP but it would be nice to see him actually start getting some hits. He has 3 multi-hit games all year and only 1 since the first 2 games of the season.

Garza was having all kinds of trouble throwing strikes. A big league hitter should realize that and should be taking until you get a strike. Or at least pick a pitch and wait for the perfect one. That first pitch that ARam swung at was nowhere near a strike.

It seems like almost every game there's a situation where we could have used Prince Fielder in the lineup.

I think every team outside of Detroit has those types of situations.

Bases loaded no outs, and we get one run? If we had any luck at all....

Come on Wolfie, strand those runners.

Let's go Crew!!!!

True, but not every team outside of Detroit had him already ;)

I'm wondering if we hadn't dropped K Rod, could we have offered more to Prince and kept him in Milwaukee?

Green is battling the heck out of Garza.

Ya, but even with the strikeout, it's a good sign. I like hitters that can work a count, and wear down a starter.

I think once he gets it going, Taylor is going to be a good hitter for us.

Green hung in there nicely against some tough curveballs. Good approach-- and then he whiffs on the meat fastball. ugh.

Guess that's what happens when you have to worry about tough curveballs. :)

I'm dumbfounded. I don't know what's wrong with our lineup.

I assume this is in response to the GIDP by Green. I guess I just chalk it up to "sometimes guys GIDP." I mean, there was a double and a walk before that, so that was good, at least.
