Roenicke needs to stop with the musical chairs. I don't think constant tinkering will help anyone get into a groove. He really needs to pick something and stick with it, other than giving a guy the occasional day off (like Weeks). Personally, I'd have Aoki as the everyday CF with Morgan getting a start or two a week and Green as the everyday 1B (except giving Weeks/ARam a day off here and there).
This is Jack Burton in the Pork Chop Express, and I'm talkin' to whoever's listenin' out there.

I think Green would need to start putting up a .400 batting average week in and week out before Roenicke would start him

I am not sure that would be enough. Unfortunately my faith in DPR making good choices is gone, done, kaput.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

So basically, one walk off pinch hit home run by Green would equal him getting 3 starts in a row? And then if he hits .500 in those 3 starts he'll more starts? Is that basically it?

I'd rather see Green as well but this might explain something:

Joe Block ‏ @joe_block

#Brewers Travis Ishikawa in 7 starts at 1B: 7-for-22 (.318), 2 HR, 6 RBI

It explains that our manager likes small samples which we already knew.

I blame Wang.

The Brewers have only been ahead and stayed ahead in 4 games this entire season, and 2 of those were 1 run games. I'm sick of the nail biters. I want a blowout win.

where are the pirates when you need them?!

Sad it takes a crap load of injuries for RRR to finally put Lucroy where he belongs in the lineup.

I don't think anyone was advocating putting Lucroy ahead of Gamel. Gonzalez maybe.

No but there were people advocating Gamel #2 which would have let Lucroy move up to #6 against LHP and #7 vs RHP. At the very least get Lucroy out of #8.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.
