Ramirez looked to be dogging it a bit while chasing after the ball. A solid effort gives them a chance at the runner going to 3rd.

 

He's quickly starting to annoy me. I wouldn't mind seeing Hart moved up to the 4-spot, regardless of whether Ramirez starts hitting.

I was thinking the same thing about Ramirez. No, I don't think he could have reached that grounder,but the fact that he just stopped running after it was annoying. He didn't really need to make it back to 3rd base that urgently. I'm having trouble figuring out if he is really, really slow or just lazy.

Actually yes he did. He was the only one covering 3B/on that entire side of the infield.
