As a moderator, edit thread subjects started by someone else?

I'm a moderator on the Softball forum (at least I think I am ... I was before the software switch), and on the old software I'm pretty sure I could revise subjects of threads started by other posters. This was really handy, but I'm not seeing the option to do this in the new software?
