Do you think Albert Pujols will break the All-Time HR Record?

3and2Fastball

If A-Rod does break it, will it be seen as tainted?

How about Miggy Cabrera? He's got a bit more work to do to get on track, but his number could certainly go up with Prince protecting. It's less likely, but I think it's possible if he can stick around long enough.

According to that estimator, Ryan Braun has a Zero % chance to do it. Not to be a math nerd but 0% would apply to Craig Counsell. Braun should at least get some type of chance, even 0.077 % ....And hey Braun might start hitting 45 bombs a year in 2016 when he moves to 1B!

27 year olds with 161 career HR's don't hit 600 more HR's in their career. If he plays until he's 45, he'd have to average over 33 HR's a year for the next 18 seasons to get there.

Even if he hit 60 both of the next two seasons, he'd still be 480 HR's short.... which means 30 a year until he's 45.

Anyway, back on topic, I think Pujols has a good shot at it, the question will be, what medical advances will allow him to keep playing at a high level into his early 40's? Blood Spinning? Stem Cells?
