2002 brewmeister bobble

I was going through my bobbleheads yesterday and noticed I had two brewmeister bobbleheads from 2002. One had what looked like bubbles onit and the other didn't. They were both numbered to 10,000 on the bottom. Anyone know the significance of the difference?

Good question, I have wondered the same exact thing.

 

I have the bubbles version, but not the plain one. Got the bubbles version on ebay for less than $10 shipped!

 

Haven't really looked for the plain version, so I have no idea if one is more valuable than the other.
