I am so sick of the incompetence of this offense. Twice we have the bases loaded with less than two out and fail to score. We also screw up the bunt twice in the same innings and a double play ends the rally.

 

The whole night, the Mets kept trying to walk us and we kept swinging at their garbage. Thanks to the incompetence of our hitters, our bullpen is being shreaded away playing extra innings. It's going to hurt us in the long run.

 

Bring back Vina, Loretta, Cirillo, Seitzer, etc. Those guys were professionals who had a clue at the plate.
