RUMOR! major sponsorship change at Miller Park (update contract w/ Pepsi expired)

patrickgpe
How much is a soda from the Freestyle machine?

It's just a fountain dispenser. I think it's $1.89 for a cup from the cashier at the wing place. Then you're on your own to fill. Just like at Speedway or Culvers or wherever. But this one has more combinations of flavors and a touch screen.

Yeesh, I'm staying up late at night to type words about a soda dispenser. That's pathetic. April can't get here fast enough.

I could have sworn that I had a few Sprechers once at the bar on the lower level near 3rd base.
Yep, they do have Sprecher beer for sale in a couple areas of Miller Park. Contrary to popular belief, there is a decent amount of non Miller-Coors beer available at Miller Park if you look for it.

I, I, I did not know thaat... Ed, did you know thaat?

I'm actually pretty surprised by that. Well then, if they could sell Mountain Dew + Sprechers Root Beer and Creme Soda, I'd be happy as a dog with two tails. You can keep the Coke Freestyle machine... http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/wink.gif

On a side note, this thread lasting 100+ posts with no real information in it is a good indication that ST can't get here soon enough... http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/wink.gif

I think you need to define "reasonable amount" and "available". I've certainly never seen anything non-miller. I have at least found Blue Moon and Leinies in a couple spots, so while I would question your claim, I would say there is at least some availability of decent Miller-Coors beers.

I get Riverwest Stein or Corona at every game. It's on the first level near home plate. The Corona is 24 oz. for $10 (essentially $5/beer) for and the Stein is 16 oz. for $7... which are way better values than the Miller products that they sell IMO. Also, right around the corner from that is a stand that sells probably 20 different bottled beers and I know they aren't all Miller/Coors brands.
