you mean the throw that hit Weeks in the glove? Casey actually made a good play to even field the ball.
The throw was to his right and around his ankles. If he hits him in the chest like most major leaguers do its not an issue

like I said, he made a good play to even stop the ball. Not every throw is going to be perfect. That is certainly a catch most players in the league make. Goes both ways

EVERY major league infielder should be able to make that play in the field. He made it harder by not charging it. A decent third baseman charges it and gets the short hop and it's an easy play. Weeks should have had it, but it was awful by McGehee and it has been all year.

Would you have the same opinion if Weeks throws around the knees to Yuni, and Yuni dropped it?

Man, being a cubs fan for this series sucks. It almost makes me feel bad for the full time cubs fans. Their team sucks.
Remember what Yoda said:

"Cubs lead to Cardinals. Cardinals lead to dislike. Dislike leads to hate. Hate leads to constipation."

That wasn't just to Weeks, knees. It was far to the right as well. I'm not saying Weeks shouldn't have had it....screw it...Go Crew!
