Randy Wells

7-4, 4.93

Wells is 5-0 in his last nine starts, but did not get a decision in his last outing against the Reds. He failed to finish the fifth inning, and blamed himself for "nibbling" too much pitch-wise. He's 0-1 in two starts vs. the Brewers.

Starting Yuni and McGehee is borderline insane at this point. That is the definition of insanity isn't it? Doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different result. The really disappointing part is this was totally expected.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

You guys sound surprised at this lineup. I'm surprised when I DO NOT see Betancourt and McGehee in the lineup at this point. RR has shown no inclination to change things for good so I just expect to see the 2 underachievers in the lineup each day.

I'm with you FoxyFoxes, I have worked through all 5 stages of Yuni B and Casey McGehee this year.

1.Denial

2. Anger

3. Bargaining

4. Depression

5. Acceptance

I truly have accepted them being in the lineup. The Brewers are one of 3 90 win teams so far this year and they did it despite some below average hitters. Does that make it ok? Probably not, but I'm certainly not surprised when I see their names penciled in the 5/6 or 6/7 spots in the lineup day after day. Ease into acceptance fellow brewer fans, because there is nothing else to do.

Let's make this a crooked number inning
Is this OK so far? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

I am living the Brewers geek dream tonight: watching on a big screen with other fans at Union South with Bernie literally steps behind me, using Brewerfan and Twitter. And the Brewers are putting up a crooked number. I also know more about the Brewers than the student intern host. The. Dream.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.
