Amazing how often those two come up with RISP and continue to fail. Gee Ron, maybe you should give other players a shot. You know, guys that don't royall suck and hit .250 or less. Granted, that was a great play by Tulo, but still. First and second, no outs for Casey and Yuni, and nobody is at all surprised that the inning ended without a run.

It's amazing how bad this team has been with RISP lately. At home too. Everyone in the lineup. Casey and Yuni especially but nobody in the lineup is doing anything and the HR's have just stopped coming. This offense is scary BAD right now.

Why does it seem like the Brewers have the worst interviews when they're doing bad? It makes watching infuriating.

Edit: and lately everyone 6, 7, 8 have been doing dreadful. Lucroy has below a .150 average in the past 15 games, Jerry Hariston is below .200 with RISP with the Brewers, Casey is... well Casey, and Yuni is... well Yuni. I guess the one positive is that Yuni lead the team in RBIs over the last series? But all-around the entire offense can't hit with RISP lately.

I am so sick of mcgehee and yuni when can Green and JHJ just replace those 2 for 1 game. Just 1. And see what happens.
But not against a former Cy Young winner or current candidate so he can say it was attempted but failed. Green found a seat on the bench tonight mostly on the basis of performances against those types of pitchers. Give him a shot at a 6+ ERA starter and I bet we wouldn't be getting goose-egged tonight.

I have to agree and freely admit that I dont yell at the TV or radio as much as I have with watching/hearing McGehee and Yuni bat lately knowing exactly what is going to happen. How does he justify it with Hairston and Green sitting on the bench? This is beyond crazy.

Obviously, I've seldom posted since registering a few years ago, but am here lurking every night. Love reading the GDT's, etc, and think this is the finest collection of Brewers opinions anywhere on the net.

I just felt compelled by Ron Roenicke's ineptitude to post.

He's a terrible, terrible, robotic, strictly by-the-book, not by feel or instinct, manager. He is killing this team, when it could use a spark from it's skipper. He is managing 'not to lose' instead of managing to win. He makes decisions on a flow chart, not by any semblance of experience or intuition. Just awful.

Please don't construe this post as a mindless, pile on. That's not my style.

Our local media has not put the heat on RR enough for playing those two seemingly everyday. Keep putting the numbers in front of RR and ask how he can justify it. I'd love to hear his answers.

Veteran managers have been questioned for much less.

Casey Mcgehee and Yuniesky Betancourt initials stand for:

Can Make You Bad

Sorry but that was an awful attempt at humor.

Ya kind of but I chuckled so I posted it ... Now if only FSN could create a great intro for them they could be like the dynamic duo except their intro would be can make you bad

I take it Casey's starting because he wants Green to come in late for Weeks. I doubt well see Craig come in tonight. Could be wrong.

Except Green could start at 3B and move to 2B when Weeks comes out.

This is Jack Burton in the Pork Chop Express, and I'm talkin' to whoever's listenin' out there.

I've learned to pause the game whenever Betancourt comes up to bat, wait a couple minutes, then hit "live." If something good happens, I'll go back and watch, but in the (very realistic) chance that he makes an out, I figure I'll save my blood pressure level by not physically watching his at bat. I recommend it.
