Gary Sheffield Bobble/figurine question

There was a Gary Sheffield giveaway in 2002 by the Stockton Ports.

 

Was it a bobblehead or was it this figurine?

Ok, did some research, the figure I posted above was given away in 2006.

the ports gave out two of my favorite bobbles in Ben Sheets and Geoff Jenkins. The Sheets might be the favorite in my collection.
