Answering the inevitable question/topic, even though the answer will not be liked;

RRR had said that today offered the best match-up for a potential Green start. But McGehee walked and had two doubles yesterday.

And if my aunt had balls she would be my uncle. What do the two have to do with each other. You would think if there is a favorable match up you put him in there. Its not like Casey is going to get worse because he doesnt play a game. And on the flip side, its not like he is going to turn into Braun because he had a good game yesterday.

You never know what you're going to get with Roenicke. He might give you splits from 2003 to determine a lineup, or 2 hits from the day before.

He had no problem giving Betancourt days off before last month and in May/June he had no trouble giving Hart at least a day or two off a week for Mark freaking Kotsay.

But now that he knows we all want Green and Betancourt has been awful, its back McGehee/Betancourt at #5/#6 every day. It seriously feels like he is trying to taunt us.

If this was the "best matchup" and we didn't see Green, we probably won't see him at all.

I bet if Green had 2 doubles and a walk in a game, it wouldn't mean squat.

I'm a huge Casey fan/supporter but even I wanted to see Taylor Green today. This needs to be a darn near 50-50 platoon the rest of the way.

Easy bro we get your point! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif

I am so sick of Yuni, I am so sick of Green on the bench every day, I am so sick of Lucroy in the 8th spot.....

The only thing I am not sick of is having a 7.5 game lead in the central. Let's go Zack, right the ship.

Harrell sounds like a scrap heap guy if I ever saw one. The Brewers need to get their offense going against him and start this series on the right foot, especially with Greinke on the mound.

Roenicke seems to be sticking with his de facto lineup every day, which is kind of frustrating.

The thing I took away from this tweet is McCalvy called him RRR. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif

Jebus is just all right with me. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

I just checked the chat room and it's actually functional (for me, at least). I haven't had supper yet, so if you enter and I'm idle/away, that's why. Patience. But if ever there were a time when chat room mojo could be useful, this might be it.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.
