Cherry, Kiwi, lemon or aloe vera flavored bratwurst?

bork
Thanks chuckiehacks. I may have to check them out as well. Does anyone have an opinion of Ray's Butcher Shoppe on Loomis Road? They have always been closed when I have stopped there but I heard they were halfway decent too.

I haven't been to the shop, but I've been to a few events that were catered by them. The food was quite good. Mmm, pig.

And I used to work at Karl's Country Market. Their meat is good, but they are pricey. I know they have won some state championships with their sausages, including bratwurst. I've always wondered if Karl's secret ingredient is venison, since he was caught skimming deer meat from hunters who had their processing done there. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Who eats aloe vera?

I don't know about eating it, but people drink it.

On a related note, new product just came out in Japan. I don't think words can do it justice, so I'll just link to a picture:

I'd love to try it next time I'm over there, but alas, sales are being limited to just this summer.

And I may be in the minority, but I also don't like anything on my brats. I love having them plain. Just give me a plain brat that snaps when you bite it, squirting juice into your mouth. Nothing else needed.

I'm going to have to agree with you there. The only exception is if I give the brat a beer and onion bath before serving, then I might stick a few of those onions on top. But otherwise, much like a good steak, a good brat doesn't need any help.
