Now would be a good time for a Prince launch with a long stare, a bat flip, a Barry Bonds style spin immediately preceded by a Sammy Sosa hop, and finally a home plate crossing leap into the arms of Tony Plush. If anyone can hold Prince, it's the T.

unbelievable. it does not get any more bush league than that. i'm glad Rock was calling it like it is. What a freaking joke.

That has to be one of the dumbest retaliation bean balls. Pujols was obviously an unintentional beaning. The game was close and there were two runners on and Holliday and Berkman were up next. Come on.

Are you freaking serious? Its time to some mound charging. How is that not an ejection?

The last thing we want is for Braun to get tossed and this to escalate into something more. TLR is clearly a classless moron. Just go with the dumb archaic baseball tradition and take the free base in a tie game against your main rival for the division at this point.

Total BS there. No excuse for Tony the DRUNK and the pitcher getting tossed. Throwing AT somebody is bad enough. Doing it 2 pitches in a row should be an auto ejection for the pitcher and manager and a suspension.

Especially when the situation is so deliberate. As others have said, absolutely no way Saito was throwing at Pujols with 2 on and no outs.

Sadly, the national media will let the Cardinals continue to get away with this garbage.

However, I remember Yost "getting even" against the Phillies I think, and it ended up costing the Brewers. If he wants to put the leadoff runner on in a crucial inning, fine. Leadoff runners score 50% of the time. Throw away the game for the sake of tradition.

Love Rock's comments, especially since the Brewer feed is being broadcasted nationally by MLB Network. Show the country what classless hypocrites the Cardinals are.
Watching it on MLB Network in NY. Hearing Rock say "the Cardinals fashion themselves as the keepers of all thing baseball etiquette" on national TV was priceless.
