2011-07-30 Astros (Happ) at Brewers (Gallardo) - [Brewers win, 6-2]

Good lord, is ESPN Gamecast's strike zone terrible (at least in the Beta version). It basically represents the center of the zone, not the whole thing.

EDIT: Correction. I actually have no idea what ESPN's strike zone is trying to approximate.

A pretty bad AB from Lopez. Not much better from McGehee, but at least he hit it hard.

Hate leaving runs on the table like that.

McGehee hit the snot out of that ball, I'd say it was a pretty good AB.

Maybe true. I thought he missed a couple of pitches, however. Strike one may have been up and out of the zone, and strike two looked like a bit of a hanger. Really thought he should have been able to do something there. Still, certainly a bit unlucky.

I thought I read somewhere that the Astros said Barmes was untouchable. Which of course doesn't make any sense, but then again, it's Ed Wade.
