And more stupid baserunning...

That is on Sedar he was waving him home the whole time. Nice throw by Bloomquist though.

I know Sedar sent him, the 3rd base coach can contribute to stupid baserunning.

I call that bad coaching, but to each his own. Either way it was a stupid play, and wasted RBI op for Rickie.

That is not stupid baserunning. The guy made a strong throw from his knees. Morgan scores at least half the time there.

I might agree if it was bang bang but the ball beat him by quite a few steps.

This is Jack Burton in the Pork Chop Express, and I'm talkin' to whoever's listenin' out there.

I love having Kots monster bat in the three hole. **facepalm**
Not that I'm happy about Kotsay in the 3 hole (not even close), but so long as Braun is out there's going to be one spot in 1 through 5 that is going to be depressing. Really no way to avoid it.

Morgan, Weeks, Hart, Fielder, Lucroy Kottaras. Nope you are wrong. Completely avoidable.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

Lucroy batting fifth would be better than Kotsay third....but I still wouldn't be happy with Lucroy batting fifth. He's really been struggling since June started, and I don't expect him to start hitting like he was at the start of the season. I have nothing against Lucroy and think he's going to be an important part of the team for a while...but a .320 OBP and .400 SLG doesn't scream 5 hitter to me.

There are definitely better options than Kotsay third. But that doesn't mean they're good ones.

It is miles better than Kotsay 3rd. That is the point. Put your guys in the best position to succeed. No replacement of Braun is a good option. Why just give up and put a worthless pile like Kotsay 3rd? Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Grace: "Betancourt came over from Seattle as a defensive wizard."

I'm not making that up. Grace then suggested that Betancourt may "not be bringing something to the ballpark every day", suggesting that his play on the field isn't the reason that the Brewers want to trade him.
