Help! How to send Ringtones/pics to cell phone

I just got a new Razr through Alltel yesterday, and would like to transfer some music of shortened to ringtone length to my phone. Unfortunately, none of the computers we have have bluetooth. I would like to just send the files through a text message and be able to download them directly from there. I know there are services that you can have a text sent and it give you an address to go to, but is there anyway to just get it sent right in the text? I don't have a plan where I can use the web browser. I also tried using the mobile 17 website, but it doesn't have any options for Alltel besides emailing the files to my hotmail address.

You can get bluetooth adapters for your PC pretty cheap off of ebay:

i used this website to convert brewer fever a while back as a ringtone. It works great and only costs the price of a picture message. You just need to set up an account and away you go.
