Don't look now ... but Mark Kotsay's OBP just passed up Lucroy's.

Good thing Lucroy's Slugging is over 100 points higher.

I'm not suggesting anything other than Kotsay has put together a real nice week. That's it. Braun has been out and Kotsay, offensively at least, has picked up the slack.

Hopefully Marcum can keep this a tie game for a while until the bats finally bust down the door on Cueto (who is at 81 pitches through 4).

At least we are getting his pitch count up. Cueto now has a higher pitch count than Shaun.

Wonder if Marcum could be bumped to the back of the rotation after the break...give him a little extra rest in case he still is hurting a little.

On another note, Marcum stranded a ton of runners. Let's see if RR pinch hits Counsell again or if he goes with Kottaras/Gamel/someone who can hit.
