pretty dumb IMO. Platooning any combination of Wilson, Counsell and McGehee is not the answer for a contending team, much less one with a 3rd baseman raking in AAA

Kotsay is in the lineup tonight as well. So he's not going out. Might be a pitcher, or McGehee is going to AAA.
