Liriano didn't have his best stuff vs. San Diego, allowing three runs, but did go seven innings and struck out eight. He's been on a roll recently with a 2.20 ERA over his past seven starts. He has a 2.74 ERA in four career starts vs. Milwaukee.

Gallardo and Liriano profile as very similar pitchers IMO, except for the righty/lefty aspect
