For those complaining about Green not being in the lineup, I don't think it's that realistic to expect management to want to all of a sudden throw him in as the starting SS on the road against Boston for his first big league action in his life.
Green plays 3B and can manage 2B, he's as much a SS as McGehee is.

Seeing as he plays 3B, I'd agree.
Let's pretend I put the correct position. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/embarassed.gif

If you call up Gamel you're basically calling him up for 3 games unless you plan on playing him out of position (or not at all) for a full week after this weekend. And then you'd be expecting all the other regulars to be playing their regular positions every day in Boston. No real problem with not making a move. Maybe the bring somebody up when they go to AL parks for a week, but I doubt it.

Dillard warming up in time so he can face Ellsbury, Gonzalez, Ortiz and Crawford. Nice.
So stupid, but I guessed that would happen. Last guy I wanna see facing lefties. I wish they'd just put in Mitre. Even Herrera I guess, because even though he's not that good he's still a better option against lefties than Dillard.
