The more I see these lineups, the more I wish for a new SS. He is terrible, and hitting 6th. Ugh.

I hear ya.................how about replacing Betancourt with Reyes.........yeah, that'd be nice. Reyes6Weeks4Braun7Fielder3Hart9McGehee5Lucroy2Morgan8Gallardo1

Looks a lot better.

The past few days there have been a ton of posts about Reyes as a Brewer. These are all just dreams right........

What's the point? He will never be a Brewer. At least not a Brewer on a team with Fielder, Greinke or Marcum.

I agree that it's a longshot and probably a pipe dream. But I also never really believed that we'd have a pitching rotation that included Greinke and Marcum either.

Very true, not going to lie Reyes instead of Yuni is something to dream and drool over becuase that would be nuts, but never will happen.

I think Bautista plays RF in that lineup, and Ellsbury LF, lol.

Furcal is a more reasonable option because we can eat his salary instead of giving up prospects. I would be ok with that and he can stay in the #6 slot.

The guy I actually want that I think is feasible is Hardy. Although, at this point, I'd be happy with darn near anyone that isn't Betancourt.

Hardy is becoming more and more expensive, and is projecting as a Type A. Not sure we can beat the comp picks Baltimore would get if they lose him via free agency. Furcal is probably more realistic. Weeks Morgan Braun Fielder Hart McGehee Furcal Lucroy is a pretty darn good lineup.
