Well, the Ads are in the market for a new coach, it will probably be Lambert, I think anyway. Congratulations to Mr. Noel, good guy, and a great coach, hopefully some day he can be a head coach.

I believe Vokoun was traded to Florida for draft picks. I would think Nashville would sign a cheap veteran to back up Mason and let Rinne play every day in Milwaukee or that is at least what the optimist in me hopes. I guess every Admiral fan knew this day was going to come at some time. Still sucks though.

Nashville has been total sellers this offseason and will likely be out of Nashville in a couple years. I am worried that the Ads will be at a disadvantage with all the shuffling.

 

Noel is a GREAT coach and will be an NHL head coach soon. I still can't believe he got last years team to the playoffs. Columbus has a very good assistant coach.

Vokoun traded to Florida for a 2008 1st round pick, a 2007 2nd round pick and a conditional 2nd round pick in 2007 or 2008. Rinne to back up Mason in Nashville
