I may have missed it and haven't seen it posted yet but According to Ash:

"The plan was for him to concentrate on strength and conditioning and he has done that with some uptick in velocity," "He will be a 'stand alone' (no tandem) starter in Helena (when rookie ball starts later this month) and we will go from there."

Orginally I was under the impression he'd be shut down almost all season so I thought this was good news. Hopefully he can get back on track and make some progress.

If his stuff is back, then he's a legit prospect and can move quickly. I like the tentative approach.
