There really is no reason not to have Herrera on the roster if we aren't ever going to use Dillard. He's a waste of a roster spot and we need a LOOGY for these types of situations.

I know Votto hits lefties well, but i'd still rather have a loogy in vs him anytime over a guy like Loe.
