Clayton Mortensen

If I may, I'd like to make a plea to my fellow brewerfan.netters... Can we have one IGT without any negativity, pessimism, whining, or knee-jerk reactions? Those who do not like Carlos Gomez have already made their feelings known. Must I read about it multiple times in every IGT? The pessimism is annoying too. As yesterday's game showed, it ain't over til it's over.

You mean this isn't the daily vent thread?

Fox has three primetime Saturdays this season. Last week, today, and next week. Any night games those three weeks are not allowed to be televised. The Brewers moved last week's and next week's games to the afternoon so they could televise them. No idea why they didn't move this one too, but FSN's hands are tied, since the Brewers didn't move it, they can't air it.

I don't blame the Brewers for not moving the game up to this afternoon, given the team's schedule the past couple of days.

I can tell FOX that since they won't let me watch the Brewers tonight I won't be watching any baseball at all. A lot of good their blackout is doing in this particular market of one.

According to MLB.tv, it's not supposed to be blacked out. Games "with a scheduled start time after 1:10PM ET or before 7:05PM ET" are blacked out. Seems like every team should just schedule games for 1:05 ET or 7:10 ET (or thereabouts) to get around the blackout rules.

Exactly my feelings as well. I really don't care about the Cubs/Red Sox and may instead enjoy firing up the grill and the radio.

I'm already tired of their CarGo. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif

At least FOX isn't irritating me even more by preventing us from video evidence of a Brewer-pitched no-hitter.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.
