Yeah, I'm on DirecTV, in Milwaukee. Watching in HD with no issues. Standard def comes in too, I double checked.

 

And just like that, theres a play that a normal SS makes. Makes up for the "good" play he had earlier. Shuffle over and get in front of it for crying out loud, we learned that in little league.

How in the world is that not an error on Betancourt there? I know it's only the second inning, but it makes me so sad to see a no-hitter ruined by bad defense and scorekeeping that I can't for the life of me understand. That ball was hit 6 inches from Betancourt and instead of getting in front of the ball he makes an awkward fall and lets the ball go under him. Just wanna know why wasn't that an error. Gallardo is dealing.

It's not an error because he didn't touch it, just like if a popup fell between three guys. We all know it was a play that should have been made but officially, it was scored correctly unfortunately. Just a terrible ole effort there. Got out of it at least.

Thanks for clarification. What a dumb scorekeeping rule. The only reason he didn't touch it was because he failed to get in front of the ball like any little leaguer should know to do.

You could try resetting the box, takes a few minutes but it might bring it back up. If not, you'll have to call them.

 

Another lighting fast inning by the dominating Brew Crew offense, awesome. I don't understand how a team can be THIS much worse on the road, it's just baffeling. Prince was on the ground, full dive before that ball even got to him.
