I saw on Gameday that the Astros manager just got the boot. Was he arguing balls and strikes? I missed the two walks online, but in the first inning, it looked like the ump wasn't giving the pitchers the outside corner to righties, if the pitch tracker can be trusted. Actually, the strike zone seems pretty small all around.

The pitching coach came out and on the way back to the dugout said something to the home plate ump and was tossed right away, then the manager pretty much defended his pitching coach and pitcher. When West told the manager to go into the dugout he didn't so he was tossed too

He was stealing. He most likely had his head down. That happens very often when there is a soft fly/liner to right when the runner is on the move. I wont be mad at him for that.

Unless its a straight steal where Braun isn't swinging Gomez should be taking a quick look in to pick the ball up. Braun also looked like he was trying to go the other way which leads me to believe that it was a possible hit and run. If that is the case then Gomez definitely needs to pick the ball up
