Anyone have experience with creating forms in Word?

I'm creating forms in word and have some questions.

 

1. Is there a way to print the grey boxes (where the data goes)

 

and

 

2. Is there a way to round up a number (i.e. 2.655 should be 2.7)

 

I'm using legacy form fields for everything. Any help would be appreciated!
