Quote:
MIAMI -- It took a total of 24 hours and 50 minutes for the Brewers and Marlins to finish their game which started at 6:05 CT on Tuesday night.

In the end, Prince Fielder hit an RBI single to right field to score Ricky Weeks with the go-ahead run with two outs in the 13th inning to give the Brewers a 3-2 win.

Faran Fagen is the culprit. Never heard of him.

Craig Counsell is our everyday third baseman and Corey Hart is not an everyday OFer. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/mad.gif

Ned said Florida has a huge home field advantage...maybe he thought Corey couldn't handle playing in front of such a big crowd. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eyes.gif

I have had it with Ned Yost. He needs to stop screwing around with Billy Hall. He needs to be in the lineup each and every day. If Ned has an issue with his defense than it his his own fault for moving him to CF and expecting him to be Andruw Jones overnight. Hall is being completely disrepected and the only way for him to become an adequate CF is for him to be out there each and every day. Counsell plays practically every day while Hall is being jerked around like he is some bum. Hall is our best player. He needs to play every day. Enough is enough!

Thanks to the Bucks, FSN and the weather it's getting pretty damned hard to maintain my excitment level about this team so far. I can't wait until I can actually come home, plop down and watch teh Crew just about every night in a row. And though I know many disliked him (and I have nothing against BA), I miss Daron's enthusiasm.

I'm right there with you. For me, I have to watch the Timberwolves over the Brewers almost every night. The end of the NBA regular season can't come soon enough! Along with the ugly weather.

All 3 of Suppan's starts have been pre-empted for the Bucks!

I try not to let it bother me, but if there's one game that I absolutely wanted to see, it was him taking on his former team.

I am trying to be a more mature fan this season, but today I can't help myself. I really need to vent.

How do you lose 10-2 when the pitching matchup is Ben Sheets vs. Braden Bleepin' Looper? We should have destroyed those bums. Looper is a mediocre journeyman reliever and we should have pounded him. What's the matter here? These are the type of games where you can make a statement and set yourself apart as a real playoff team. To play like garbage is just so upsetting.

I am very disappointed today.

AJAY, no one's immune to needing to vent. It doesn't make you immature. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

I was fortunate, I guess, to have missed most of the ugliness today. But upon hearing about Graffanino's stellar outing in the field, even I'm taking a peek at that Ryan Braun bandwagon.

In the immediate aftermath of a pretty crappy game, it's hard to keep in mind that they did split with STL on the road. That's the brightest side I've got right now.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Thank god the Bucks close up shop on Wednesday. I cant stand watching that mediocrity. Plus it's my belief that Basketball shouldnt extend into the warm months(April-August), damn playoffs cruise into June.

As for the Brewers, they stunk it up out there today.

Yeah we stunk for sure today but if you reverse the defense played by the two teams we probably are in that game. They robbed a number of hits and we gave up 3+ runs with our defense. Its frustrating for sure but we just gotta hope the defense doesn't have too many games like this.

When's the last time the Brewers have won a game by this type of margin. It seems like a blowout loss is an occurance once every week and a half or so, while the Brewers rarely muster up any wins where they win by 7+ runs.
