It's been fun, but I'm retiring from In Game Thread duty for 2011 -- look for our usual detailed initial posts starting Thursday.

And we can't say it enough -- we are looking forward to rockin' regular season chatroom sessions!

Morgan's now in the game. Uniform number yet, anyone?

I'm guessing he takes over Joe Inglett's former #2....

I'd also suspect Almonte & Reed end up w/ "real" rather than NRI uniform numbers for opening day.

McCalvy tweeted Morgan will wear #2, Reed #7, Almonte #22.

It sounds like Morgan made a nice throw to the plate to stop a runner from tagging up and trying to score earlier in the game when he was playing left field. He has now moved to right. Testing his versatility right out of the box.

Good, we all want Morgan taking the playing time in RF while Hart is out. No Kotsay please. Also I was dead on in predicting those guys' numbers. Really weird, but those just seem like common numbers for our team.
