I wandered onto this site in 03 and realized what the Internet was invented for. I really, really enjoyed it here the first few years. Not that it's not cool and still a daily visit, but doesn't have that underground feel (to me) anymore.

 

I almost enjoy the off-topic and political board more...but for very different reasons.

Oh heck yes there is. On the bottom left side of each post there is an "interact" button. Click on it and you get a drop down menu. Then click on "ignore user's posts." You will be asked if you really want to ignore all that user's posts.

 

Works great. I have a few users on ignore. You can still read their posts if you want but if there are some posters who post things that really bug you, it will mark their posts so you can prepare yourself before reading.
