Change in how to post YouTube videos

YouTube has changed its video embed code. To post here on the board, you need to use YouTube's "old" code.

YouTube has changed things around since just a bit since the message above was posted. The first tutorial linked to above needs to be updated to reflect the change. I'll submit a ticket to Yuku staff to hopefully have that done.

 

Here's how to post a YouTube video:

1. Hit the Share button under the video.
2. Hit the Embed button that appears to the left of the Facebook and Twitter icons.
3. Make sure the box that says "Use old embed code" is checked.

4. Copy the code that's in the box that appears.
5. In the Yuku post editor, hit the Insert Flash button.
6. In the toolbar that appears, hit the Add From HTML button.
7. Paste in the code copied from YouTube, and hit the Insert button.
