Jack Hannahan

I saw on MLBtraderumors that the Brewers have interest in Jack Hannahan on a minor league deal, who spent last year in the minors for the Mariners and then Red Sox. Hes an excellent fielder, but with a weak bat. Hes been in the majors with the Tigers (briefly), A's and Mariners. Hes primarily a third baseman but I see that he played a decent amount at second last year as well for the Mariners AAA team and then Pawtucket.

Nice to see interest in a good defender, but it doesn't really matter if he can't hit at all. He had a .714 OPS in AAA last year.
