you're killin' me smalls! really? yeah- definitely just that one good year. i remember when we picked him up though, i had high hopes that he'd bounce back. didn't happen though. but, one of those low risk decent reward type of deals. *hint- interestingly enough, Baseball Reference has for his #2 and #3 most similar pitchers by stat- Jeff D'Amico and Dave Bush.

The mystery man should have had a handful of more wins that year too. As I said, I had him in fantasy and I remember quite a few no decisions and losses in 3-1 type games.

I cheated and looked it up but I can honestly say you could have given me another hint every day the rest of 2010 and I still would never have gotten it unless one of the hints included his name, heh.

When the guy in questioned, signed with the Brewers, I thought he was a great value pick up...I think he went 1-2 in 5 starts for the Brewers in 2003...
