Looks like we are going to trade Prince for pitching. With Hosmer on the rise & Butler due a big raise, I would think he might be available.

Well everyone's technically available for the right price, but KC isn't going to give away a 24 year old bat like Butler cheaply. I don't think Hosmer has any affect. Butler could DH when Hosmer is ready.

Out of the Royals' 1B, I think Kila Ka'aihue would be the most available. I also think he could be acquired for not much, and he could be a very nice 1B until our guy (Hunter Morris) is ready.

Not that I wouldn't like Butler, but I think Ka'aihue is going to be much more available and much less expensive.
