So did Sergio meltdown or did Harrington?

Harrington won but he was more Van De Velde-ish than Sergio.....and I can't stand Sergio.

True that Harrington was the one that went into the burn, but Garcia gakked away a lead. They both had performances that would make Jean Van de Velde proud.

I didn't pay as close of attention after my main man Boo Weekley shot 75 on Saturday and fell off, though. He is going to save golf.

It doesn't, but Boo is the man.

Although I'm a Steve Stricker guy (who sadly shot a 74 today to finish T-http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/glasses.gif , Boo is my 2nd favorite. One of my favorite stories about him is he was playing with Paul Lawrie (the '99 Open winner) in a tournament last week and when he found out Lawrie was playing in the Open this weekend as well, Boo asked him "so how'd you get in? Did you qualify?" And Lawrie looked at him with a really puzzled look.

A reporter also asked Boo what he thought of Jean Van de Velde and his immediate response was "Who?" Boo didn't even know who Van de Velde was. When they asked what that was about he said that he never watches golf in his free time or never did growing up. I love that guy.

Anyone that wears his hunting camo underneath his golf shirt is ok by me.

And Harrington went into the burn twice on the same hole leading to the playoff. Had Sergio made that 6 footer and won, that would have been the major story for that tournament.
