Those of you in the chat room (or reportedly so) might want to count your blessings. I'm stuck in the "wrong password" loop. For now I'll take this as a sign that the baseball gods want me to get some non-Brewers work done. Thanks, gods.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

For those of us "watching" on Gameday, did Holliday play the Weeks single off his cup?

The spot they gave it on gameday doesn't tell where it bounced. It bounced probably 15 feet on the grass and rolled to Holliday.

Sure seems from all the evidence we have that it hit the bat, but it is a bit odd that of the two guys closest to the play plus Wolf nobody even made a complaint. Usually I trust the people closest to the play over the limited views we get from teh cameras, but this is one of those rare occasions in which I think they all just missed what happened.

That pitch pretty clearly hit the bat, and not Ryan.
Not a classy move by Ryan.

I'm glad Brian or anybody finally mentioned the Cardinals attendance. You always see them with paid attendances of 40,000+ but I've never seen that stadium full. There are always at least 10,000 seats available when I see them play.
