You know, because the human statue POO-holes is allowed to stand at home plate and watch his home runs because he's won a couple of MVPs, but anyone else who does that is showing up the Cardinal's pitchers.

And looking at the comments under the article, sounds like Philips can extend those comments to the Cardinals fans. Didn't know there were so many of them in Dayton.

Very unclassy. I'm sure the Cards will throw at him in order to teach him a lesson about class and playing the game the right way.

Edit: I'd really like to make that quote my signature.

Oh, you know that all it takes is one link in the right part of cyberspace and Classy Nation will be allll over it.

I didn't much care for the comment that the Reds are now running their mouths "just like the Brewers." That has a major STL vibe to it.

Also, jjkoestler, I agree that the comments would be great signature fodder...just on another message board.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Yes, and don't forget how you can't throw inside vs pitchers if you're not good enough to go command your pitches. Just ask Carpenter. Of course....that must not apply to when he's pitching to Gallardo.

But yeah, Pujols and his little routine at Home is pretty annoying. He reminds me of Brett Favre. Just playing that good old boy role. One day we're going to find some of his dirty little secrets.

And if you do get hit, you should turn to the crowd and drop the loudest f-bomb possible. Teach those kids a few new words when they head to the park. Thats the classy way to act.

yeah, quite the bruhah-hah. I did not like the fact that it escalated right in front of the fans, some players being pushed almost into some fan's laps.
