Cue Jim Ross for Chris Dickerson's Menchesque entrance.

Nice job by Counsell to get to that ball to stop it from going into CF.

That back is still looking tight. Hopefully Rickie can jack one out and be done with this game. We may have to go 15 or 16 innings for Dickerson to get here at this rate. Randy Wolf, Manny Parra, and Yovani Gallardo will all have pinch hit by then.

I have a sinking feeling this game is going to come down to Randy Wolf batting with two outs and the game on the line.

Didn't get to see the game tonight and I was just looking through the box score... Is this correct for the top of the tenth?

- J. Upton popped out to right center

- M. Montero intentionally walked

- M. Reynolds walked, K. Johnson to third, M. Montero to second

Was avoiding the lefty Montero really that important that we set Hoffman up to face two more lefties after it looks like we nibbled at Reynolds? Can somebody explain that intentional walk to me?

They were trying to set up the double play/strikeout possibility with Reynolds after Hoffman fell behind Montero, who doesn't strike out nearly as much. The move backfired as Reynolds laid off some good pitches to work a walk.
