personal situation - advice needed

Bench Coach

I agree with rwa12. How old are your kids? If you go with the in-laws, chances are they'll be just excited a year or two later. We've been there 16 times and still experience something new every time.

For example, in laws can take them to WDW, but your parents can arrange a breakfast with your kids' favorite character. They can take them to WDW, but your parents can get them a seat in the front of the monorail with the conductor. 100s of ways for your parents to experience "brand new" excitement from your kids.

Check out disboards.com You can plan a trip where they tell your parents "you really know a lot about Disney World." Sweet revenge.

My parents were originally waiting until my kids were old enough to enjoy it then when they were, my mom?s knee got bad.

Thanks for clarifying that. Although I don't really have any more input it answers my main question. I can also empathize because relations between my wife and my parents are a total cluster.
