mine finally just came on with charter. I'm still on hold with them to ask for a credit due to not having service

edit---after a good bit of complaining about losing service for the second time in my first two months of having Charter service I couldn't talk them into a credit. However they are sending out a technician to check the wiring in my apartment and are suppose to be giving me 3 months of free DVR service for our extra tv for the trouble. Can't complain about that, if I end up getting charged for the extra DVR service--which wouldn't surprise me--however I will not be happy at all
