Need help with name of song and artist

All I know is part of the chorus. It's a pop song and I'm pretty sure its a guy singing with a pretty high voice (I guess he sounds a little like the guy from Maroon 5). Anyway, the part of the chorus is:

whoa....whoa-oh, whoa-oh oh oh oh.

Then it sort of repeats. This has been driving me nuts. I'm guessing I won't even like the song when I hear it but I need to find it for a friend.

And it's not Jimmy Eat World. More pop song, less alternative.

"Hey, Soul Sister" by Train would be my guess.

That's it. Thanks.

I went through iTunes top songs figuring it would be there and just skipped right over this one.

And now that I listened to it, it's actually Hey, hey-eh....not Whoa.

My Whoas are solvdd.

...not Justin Bieber?
Let me rephrase. I strongly dislike all annoyingly catchy pop songs. Bieber, Train, anyone.

I dislike Bieber for many reasons. The primary one being his Rod Blagojevich haircut.

That was pretty good. I just saw Ansari's act in Chicago a few weeks ago. Dude is a hilarious stand up.
