Pages not loading properly?

Anyone else been having this problem? It's been happening to me the last couple days where I'll click a link in the forum, and it just doesn't load at all.

There have been issues reported lately; I haven't been able to figure out the pattern, though.

 

What are you seeing? Does your browser produce some kind of error page? Or do you see "waiting for whatever" in your status bar? Or something else?

In the error messages I've been getting the past couple days, it's been of the "Failed to connect to (address)" variety using Firefox. It's usually fine if I refresh the page once or twice, but until I saw this thread I just thought it was my DSL being weird.

The browser gives me an error page. I'm using Firefox. I'll make note of it the next time I see it and post in this thread.

It's been happening to me too, the better part of the last week. I thought it might be our new router, but it happens on both home and library computers, Firefox and Safari. Reloading generally solves the problem.

(Every time it happens I vow to start a thread about it, but then when the page reloads I get sucked back into the forums.)

I just got this one:

Unable to connect

 

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at brewersfandemonium.yuku.com.

 

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few

moments.

 

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

connection.

 

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I think I've also gotten "connection reset" messages. Using the "try again" button provided on those pages tends to work for me.

I just got this one after an inordinate amount of time "waiting for brewersfandemonium.yuku.com" and "connecting to brewersfandemonium.yuku.com."

The connection was reset

 

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
