It should be noted that only one team who didn't win a national championship during that 10 year span was rated ahead of Wisconsin, that being number 11 Georgia.

And Virginia Tech? Hard to believe Wisconsin isn't considered at least a tick above Nebraska over the last 10 years ... hasn't Nebraska basically been non-existent for the last 5 of those 10 years? Then again, their 94-34 record looks nice, wouldn't have expected them to be 5 wins better than the Badgers in that period.

Virginia Tech played in a National Championship game, though, while UGA and UW haven't. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif That's still pretty impressive, considering how they've managed to fly under the national media radar over the years.
