Does anyone else think Millar is just obnoxious like I do? He can't stop talking about his own career, and is constantly making errors. He keeps calling La Russa "Lasorda"
Not to mention saying the Cardinals should do a suicide squeeze with two outs.

That second strike to Braun was at least 3" low.

Well that half inning was less than fantastic, let's get to the 11th so the bottom of the order can get it done.

Mark and Doug, please sell. Please don't live in a fantasy world that this team is somehow a contender.
Amen to that. Sell, sell, sell! Everything must go! (unless named: Braun, Gomez, Weeks, Escobar, McGehee, Lucroy, Gallardo, Axford and Braddock)
Really I'm probably okay with selling Weeks and McGehee for the right offer. I'm on the fence with those two.

Ahh it's nice watching Albert ground into a double play to end the 10th.

I'm not a Macha fan, but he earned some points with me by using his closer there in the 10th. Yost would have probably blown the game in the 10th with Suppan, thrown up his hands in dismay and asked, "Who would I have had close the game if I had used Axford??!"

Course, Axford isn't exactly his permanent closer, I'm not sure if he would have done the same with Trevor Hoffman mid-season last year.

The justification for the sac bunt is that Edmonds really can't score from second on a base hit. Getting him to third was essential there, it's astonishing that we continue to fail at executing such basic fundamentals.

What's more frustrating? Popping up a bunt for an out, or successfully bunting the guy over, then failing to get the runner in? It seems like those are the only two paths on the Brewers flow chart. If anything, this knowledge renders the bunt failure is less infuriating.

Poor execution is more frustrating. Even good hitters make an out 7 of 10 times. To bunt a guy over you're just being asked to make a productive out.

That's a gut punch. Tomorrow is an ESPN game with it being a bullpen day featuring Manny Parra. I've run out of things to say. lol
