I really dont like Jose Reyes. Guy is way too flashy for his game

Agreed. Hanley Ramirez has always come across this way. Eckstein as well, for some odd reason. That said, Gomez kind of does too. Maybe it's a latin thing.

Eckstein is flashy? I've never thought that about him. He's sort of a nerd for the way he sprints to first after a walk, but I wouldn't consider that flashy, it's just sort of silly.

Wow, Wolf is dodging bullets today. 7 base runners in 3 innings and he has given up just one run. He will be very lucky to get 5 innings in considering he is at 79 or 80 pitches right now

I don't mind bringing in Suppan. I was thinking about it the other day, and they can't just let him rot on the bench day in and day out. Plus, they can't keep throwing 4 and 5 relievers (or the same 2) every time a starter can't go 6 or 7 innings. Suppan has to be used at some point when it's a close game.

Ball 2 was closer to a strike than strike 2. Though both were balls.

Suppan and Macha fail.

I don't think they're saying "Soup." http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Nothing brings out the boo birds at MP this year like Suppan. He is getting dink and dunked to death in this inning.

I don't think there was much choice here. Estrada and Coffey probably aren't available today and Wolf only went 5. Someone has to throw the 6th and who else is there?

Braddock could go a couple innings, Villanueva and then Axford.
